I purchased several things off of GoDuckee after lots of deliberation on what to buy. They have so many options and fun ways to customize their products. I received my items in a reasonable amount of time for having custom made items. I was a bit confused when I saw that I had some duplicate items that I didn't order multiples of. I looked closer at them and realized that they must have made the first set and saw that they were not the best quality and re-made them. Then, in order to not be wasteful they set both sets. Kind of cool that we got two. They were tree ornaments for my daughters. They were happy to have one for the tree and one to place in their own rooms year round. The only problem I had, one of the items I ordered was completely wrong. I'm guessing someone in shipping packed the wrong item. I promptly contacted customer service and they had me take and send a picture of the wrong item, confirmed what should have been sent and said they would promptly send the correct item. Strangely enough, I ended up getting another duplicate item sent of a different item and then a week later I got the item that was missing from the original shipment. I now have everything I ordered and they all look great. I'm impressed with how GoDuckee went to the effort of keeping me as a loyal customer.

I was super apprehensive ordering after reading several negative reviews regarding shipping taking an extended amount of time so I ordered about 6 weeks earlier than when I actually needed the product and had to hide it for 5 weeks. I was also able to customize my canvas to closer resemble my family of 5 as my husband is significantly taller than me! I was also able to remove a border that I didn’t love. The ONLY complaint I have, is my 7 year old’s booty looked a little meatier than it should have but we love the finished product!
